SEAFARER |

Features : Wreck of
the Safmarine freighter, the SS South African Seafarer, sunk on 01st July
1966 after running aground. All that remains are an array of parts and a propeller shaft.

Features : The RMS
Athens was mercilessly thrown against the rocks near Mouille Point in the
famous Cape Town Great Gale on the 17th May 1865. All 30 crew members tragically lost their
lives in the gale storm. Along with this wreck, 14 other ships either ran
aground or suffered damage, although no other lives were lost.
