Features :
The pinnacles, large amphitheatres and caves
and tunnels make for very exciting diving. Expect
to see many varieties of gamefish; steenbras, musselcracker, Romans and the beautiful parrotfish being one of them. Ragged
tooth sharks are also pretty common and a
highlight to any dive.

Features : Marine growth is
abundant here, and the pinnacle and gullies make for interesting diving.
Once again, ragged tooth sharks may be spotted!

Features : Beautiful drop
offs and sandy areas nearly always promising a glimpse of bull rays or
stingrays. The shallowest part of the
reef is covered in redbait pods.

Features : Interesting
diving around the pinnacle and gullies, and as aptly named, dolphins can be
spotted here too. Raggies can also be seen here.

are the terraces going down which are quite interesting. Big
Mako sharks can be spotted here on occasion.

bursts with colour and invertebrate life. Definitely a more interesting
dive to do.

Features : A very
comfortable dive, but unfortunately due to the reef being so damaged, not much
is to be seen. This dive is mainly for Open
Water students and novice divers.

JACOB'S
POINT

Features :
Sea fans, Sponges, coral, urchins and very
tame fish including the black parrotfish and a
highlighted feature are the dolphins that are often
spotted. This dive site is definitely one of the best sites to dive in
Plett. A very colorful dive and abundant marine life.

THE
MFV ATHINA

Average Depth : 7 metres
Max. Depth : 9 metres
Features : The wreck of the
Greek trawler, the MFV Athina, went ashore in 1967 and is actually visible from the Robberg
Nature Reserve lookout point when visibility is good. The bottom is sandy
and it is an interesting dive.

Features : Normally a
difficult site to dive as water conditions are not often favorable, but when it
is calm, Ragged tooth sharks are abundant along with many soft corals, sea fans
and sponges. Marine life is very abundant here.

Features : Fantastic
caves for exploration and a lot of color.
